It’s not as hard as you think to find “Hot” items.

One way is to look at sites like eBay and Amazon and see what items are top selling or popular items.

You then look to see if you can find any of those products wholesale.

Just know that if there are popular items, you might have more competition with those products.

But don’t let that stop you, I’ve done it and made good money doing it.

You just have to be more creative with your approach.
It’s all trial and error.

You may have an item that doesn’t sell well on eBay, but is a goldmine on your ecommerce site.

You will make more than twice as much if you use multiple avenues to sell your products. (Ex. EBay, craigslist, your site, other auction sites, etc)

Word To The Wise

Don’t buy too much of a product until you know you can sell the entire inventory.

I usually only buy more products during Christmas time, because I know I can sell all of my products. (Side note: Holiday seasons are the best time to sell.

I make in those four months; October, September, November, December more than I do the rest of the year combine.)

Also be careful when choosing a wholesaler.

If I decide to use a wholesaler, I will usually buy something first to make sure it looks like the picture presented.

Knowing what your customer will get is a good thing.
A happy customer is a return customer and that in return brings us more money.

Most of the time the top wholesalers in whatever product you chose to sell will be found in the top ten spots on Google’s first page.

Make sure you have high profit margins and you are ready to rock and roll.
